FREE spring cleaning checklist and printable cleaning planner.
I LOVE using checklists and planners to keep my busy Momma brain on track.
These planners and checklists are tools that I use every single day to simplify my life as a Mom. They also help me stay organized and keep a tidier & more calm house. Because when the house in running like a well-oiled machine, EVERYONE is happier.
That’s why I cannot live without my weekly cleaning schedule and checklists – they get the job done.
It’s no secret that I LOVE spring cleaning.
After a long, grueling, cold winter, the thought of opening up the windows and clearing the air (and rooms) of clutter is one of my favorite things to do as a homemaker.
Love it or hate it, spring cleaning can be so restorative to your home after being cooped up for the winter months. And when you have kids…the messes really pile up during those long months!
After being inside, I am excited and motivated to refresh our house and create a more clean and inviting home for my family.
Now that the warmer temps are just around the corner, I plan to buckle down and start tackling the house room by room for our annual spring cleaning.
Last spring I was very limited in what I could clean as I was in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy. I did what I could, but let’s face it, pregnancy can limit what the body can realistically achieve.
So this year I am going full steam ahead with my spring cleaning. Nerd alert: I even made this printable spring cleaning checklist and calendar to keep me on track!
And I thought, I’d like to share it with you!

A non-toxic way to clean your home
After 20 years of reading labels, checking ingredients, and switching out the products that we use in our home, I decided enough was enough.
I went back to the basics and started making MY OWN cleaning products instead.
I actually know what I am cleaning my home with. The results are amazing. And it saves me money
WIN. WIN. WIN.
I have collected all of my favorite recipes & put them into a simple, downloadable guide that you can use for yourself.
Grab The Crunchy Cleaning Companion if you’re ready to clean cleaner without second-guessing about the ingredients.

Hi, Heather! I appreciate your willingness to share! I found your DIY Non-Toxic Grout Cleaner on Pinterest, and it’s just what I’ve been looking for! And thank you for alerting others to practical alternatives to the so-readily-available toxic store-bought products! YAY!
May I ask if you would please clarify something for us? I’m guessing the 1/4 Hydrogen Peroxide is 1/4 of a cup and not 1/4 of the bottle pictured. Am I correct? Thanks again! . . . Blessing to You and Yours! . . . Shanny
yes, that is correct, I’ll fix the typo!
