How I Prepare Nora Tea

This is an herbal infusion, not a quick steep.

You can steep 1 tbsp for every 8 oz. of water, but the infusion will yield better nutritional results.

I combine equal parts of all four herbs, add about one ounce of the blend to a quart-sized jar, cover with boiling water, and let it steep for at least four hours or overnight. I strain and sip throughout the day, warm or cold.

Consistency matters more than perfection.
